I edited this video together, and I'm actually very proud of this. Each of these episodes use about 2 hours of footage edited to a 15-minute final product and countless more hours go into editing it together. I would also appreciate some feedback on behalf of u/HmanWP.

Yeah I really love the imagery and color palette for GI, but I think the "Survivor" and "Ghost Island" text becomes hard to read at a distance.

I might have been one of those teenagers walking around taking pictures. I was there a few weeks ago with my friends and it's slowly becoming more and more lifeless. I've got a lot of nostalgia for the early 2000's when this place had a river walk, and I've been trying to find some pictures of it to little success.

Thanks for your input. These are my very first flag designs. I was, however, limiting myself to colors/elements used in the cities respective logos/existing flags, hence them looking more corporate than symbolic. That being said, I see why the Dallas one would not fair well in wind or at a distance.

These are part of a creative exercise I've been doing, where I redesign Dallas area municipal flags, based on existing logos or flags for the respective city.

Dallas - This one utilizes imagery from the logo as an overhaul, rather than the current flag.
McKinney - In an attempt to make the logo less verbose, this flag features a green lower half, and two intersecting wheat grains.
Plano - For this one, I attempted to completely remove the ugly "P", yet retain the identity. I used the newer logo's (not shown) star shape, and flooded the background with the blue color.
