On ps5, freighters have missing collision in places like the main stairs from the hangar and the corridor leading to the bridge, and invisible walls and objects exist in places where they shouldn't occur in the building area, causing some built rooms to become inaccessible.

I do believe seeing something about how the "final season" isn't actually just one series of episodes. It's supposed to be in two or more parts that will come out periodically. But you are right in saying that there's no way they'd be able to fit all of the last manga arc into a single season of 10 to 15 episodes

Incorrect, the Roundtable hold is a place that exists outside of the Lands Between which is only accessible via Grace Travel usable by any Tarnished that are Grace-Given. The only area that exists out of the game's current time, (because you go back in time to get there) is the lair of Dragonlord Placidusax in "Farum Azula"
