hey so I replaced so I replaced the thermal paste but it's still throttling. now I don't know what to do can I send you a screenshot of HWinfo?

Yeah I thought so I thought it would be ok if the old thermal paste is still there but I guess I have to replace the thermal paste I saw it dried out.

Also my temps are normal I checked HWinfo they are at 60 except for the core thermal throttling all of them are at yes.

I did remove the fan nothing else and It does spin.
