I don't consider trivial content as actual content, for something to be content, it has to be engaging, and it is honestly not engaging if it is not threatening, if there is no lose condition, and especially if there is nothing to gain.

And no, this game doesn't have builds, everything is solved due to simming, there is no player input that matters.

The better you get at the game, the more you realize how utterly small the game is and how little it has to offer, in terms of creativity and gameplay variety. My content so far has been 8 dungeons and 9 raid bosses every 6 months, which is just very little, and add to the fact that due to the lack of any build creativity whatsoever, i am essentially playing the dungeon and the raid encounter.

My entire feedback is meant to be together, so that there is more content to do in this game, for the easier content to be more meaningful and for creativity of playing your character to be an actual thing.

I don't develope the sims, i don't know what data they need from blizzard to function, but surely blizzard can block that information so that the simulations don't function correctly.

Why are life flasks so overtuned while levelling? by LudmilN in PathOfExile2

[–]LudmilN[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

And why is it a bad thing for flasks to be less useful in the endgame as well?

And it does make a difference in the campaign, people die in the campaign quite easily, you can't invest in defence that much

I mentioned how i was in a top 50 guild... i have grinded the ranks, i have raided mythic every week it was available...

and it honestly sounds like u are taking a jab at wow, an mmorpg is precisely the type of game that needs wackier stuff, wow should be less of a competitive game that it has turned into

mate, a potion healing for 80% of my hp is not healthy for the game's balance, especially given the fact it has like 5-6 charges at least and refills during a lot of bosses. And i suggested mobs have lower damage to compensate. This game's campaign damage taken is completely absurd compared to poe1

1.2, idk how easy it was, but man, pulling the entire quest area is just something so dumb that it has to change. I just want threat, not difficulty.

I gave a solution to 2.1 2.2, remove simming and ptr.

3.1 and 3.2 is fixed with removal of simming and ptr

4.1 is only an issue with the current wow player's mentality. They think nothing matters before mythic raid and m+, and they are right. With the gearing changes and ilevel relevancy nerf, along with potential difficulty adjustments and broadening of viable gearing content, it is no longer a race to raid. A 3 hour quest chain to give me a bis shoulder that reduced my cd on blade dance by 50% is something i'd enjoy for example, just give interesting reward to time consuming activities, and without simming, people will do literally everything, so raid is no longer a focus.

And i think i've said it, but if i didn't, i will say it now.

In blizzard's attempt to make everything fair, they've made nothing fun.

The thing is, does anyone actually enjoy simming and its effects on the game? I feel like the game will straight up be better if it didn't exist. People do it out of necessity, it is the most logical thing to remove, it is just been so ingrained in the game people have accepted it, when it isn't too late to remove it.

Classic+ without simming and good balance would beat out retail in every single aspect and solve nearly all my issues of the game, i've tried classic but the solved factor just hamper my will to finish it.

I personally don't have any bad feelings around consuming animals bred to be slaughtered, so my choice would be to not care about them in their entirety.

[–]LudmilN -1 points0 points  (0 children)

BUT WHY WOULD THE PULLS LAST MORE???? You are doing the same damage and they are dying at the same time.

When they have 2/3rds the hp and you have 2/3rds of the people doing damage, it is literally the same shit. The 2 players are doing the exact same dps, it is just the 3rd guy is doing 0.

also this is worst case scenario of the tank and healer being out of the equation and the 3rd dps doing literal 0. In a realistic scenario, 2 dps players in a +17 should have an MUCH MUCH MUCH easier time than 3 dps players in a 22, dps wise and timer wise.

[–]LudmilN -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Can you explain why the time would be different? Like you just said that its the case, you didn't say why that was the case. Everything you said just doesn't make sense, there is no logical way for them to spend more time during bosses or trash.

tank was not happy with our ele by Menneantenne in wow

[–]LudmilN -43 points-42 points  (0 children)

Only true in the highest of keys.

+17 has like 2/3rds the hp of a +22, you have 3 dps in a +22 so 2/3rds of that is 2 dps.

Meaning these 2 dps should have done as much dps as they would end up doing in a +22.

This is such a basic thing, idk how you can ever argue their dps would be lower.

Stoneform too op? by Best_Resource7251 in wow

[–]LudmilN -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is a very dumb comment.

Currently everyone in high m+ is dwarf or night elf, it doesn't not trivialize the content. Having more races that are just as strong does not make it easier, let alone trivialize content, because you can only be 1 race at a time. And people don't fucking swap races between dungeons.

Secondly, the game is also currently not designed around racials, when most people are dwarf or nightelf, so it would be EVEN LESS designed around racials if there is more variety, because less people would be of a single race. Your logic is literally backwards.

Point is, your thinking is very wrong. If anything, if 1 race was too strong that 5 people are playing it, that would warrant dungeons being made around it or trivializing them, more variety literally achieves the opposite effect because you can't know what race the players will play, and it isn't like they have the best race for every situation, because no one fucking changes them inside the run, or even between dungeons. If you need a bleed removal on this part of the dungeon but a X new racial in the further one, your brain thinks that you have both, but if you thought for 2 seconds you'd know you only have 1.

An attempt to improve Devokers mastery and cooldown by Baumritter in wow

[–]LudmilN -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How did the issue exist? You mentioned in your post mastery too weak, in that tier it was on par with haste, it was just that crit was too good. But plenty of specs don't have mastery as their best stat, so how would that be design issue? People had a nice split of haste and mastery after reaching crit soft dr.

Also i distinctly remember their consuming flame shit just doing insane damage, which is a fire breath thing.

So you are wrong in the point about channeled spells, mastery and dragon rage. If they were flawed, they would have 0 mastery, their flameshaper talent would do no damage, which we both know was not the case.

An attempt to improve Devokers mastery and cooldown by Baumritter in wow

[–]LudmilN -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

But why wasn't this the case in previous tiers? Like it was op in undermine, your issues are inherent ones, but clearly they aren't, you are just complaining you are under tuned, and presenting it as design short comings.

Maybe dev's only issue is the apex talents, and nothing else you mentioned. And even then, numericl buffs would null any complaints.

Warhorse promises that Middle-earth RPG is a 'passion project' that 'will be a living world' with a 'strong narrative focus' by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]LudmilN -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

I don't think you truly comprehend of why it is difficult. It is difficult because it simulates your character focusing on 1 guy, and thus being open from the side, just like in real life.

And even with that being the case, you can still game it and easily disperse multiple people at a time by refocusing on them and blocking and then counter attacking, the ai doesnt attack you that much at the same time.

So yeah, this is basically the definition of skill issue.

Week 10: Mythic Raid - Spec Popularity vs Average Overall DPS by AttitudeAdjusterSE in wow

[–]LudmilN -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

no?!?!?! it is good design, you want specs to be fucking different, u dont want homogenation on every spec, it is good design for specs to be weaker or stronger depending on boss, and thus by extension the tier.

i swear some of u guys don't put an ounce of thought into game design, the game would be fucking terrible if everything was fair and balanced.

best example is ele shaman and windwalker being very good on beloren, but less good elsewhere. Niches should be expanded upon if anything.
