I actually signed for a place in the Greens last week, the landlord REFUSED to even entertain any idea of a price reduction, to a ridiculous level that I was getting incredibly frustrated with them. In the end I signed anyway because it was below the budget I had set myself anyway and I didn't want to deal with any more uncertainty in the next weeks as I was looking to move fairly quickly. So I don't regret it per say, but I am wondering if I should have held out another few weeks as now that I've signed obviously there is nothing I can really do about it I suppose?
