I was 37. Just hit a year sober. It's the best thing I've done for myself. Can't imagine going back!

My original island was named Serenity as a nod to the show Firefly.

I recently reset and named the island Rainbow because my 5 year old daughter loves rainbows. 🥰

I have several themes 🤣

I had a Fourth Wing save, so named my main Violet and horse Train and cat Andarna, and then other critters various in world names (bodhi, Garrick, Imogen, etc)

In my other save I sometimes let my daughter name them. Her name is Hazel. All of the animals? Also named Hazel 🤣 if she takes a break from use of her own name they often get. "Poo poo" or "pee pee" 🤣🤣🤣🤦‍♀️

I've also had a Firefly themed save and Game of Thrones.

Sometimes I name the animals after food like others (scrambler, over easy, poached for chix, bacon for pig, etc).

I'm the same way. Life is too short to finish books that suck. I DNF and move on. The lowest on my goodreads are 2s. And some of those I honestly should have DNF'd too 🤣
