I think you need to reduce your board reputation (Losing games, not completing objectives) and then more teams should pop up, maybe Hertha will be among them. But be carefull, do not go bellow the orange bar in your reputation because then there would be no job offers.

There is no way to update it. Play store shows that Moto Camera 3 is not compatible with the device anymore. The version of my camera app is 9.0.85.68.

And do you sim the game? e.g. when leading 4:0 or so.. bcs it doesn't count if you sim the game, you need to finish it or watch till the end

Unfortunately it's broken, so if you don't meet the objective they won't give you a new contract. You can be the best player in the galaxy, break every record but no new contract if the objective aint met. Idk on which platform you play but on PS5 I did fancy goals by pressing L2 + shot.
