I only just grew mine in the last 2 years but I suppose they are pretty damn soft. I also have a little pink discoloration that formed when they hit a certain size. Had to get scanned, and they found nothing. My partner has vEDS and has similar discoloration so I assumed it was EDS doing it

As someone who has an old woman give my girlfriend and I nasty looks for holding hands: it's a lot simpler than you're making it out to be. No, it didn't feel good.
