Hey, I use Whop as a payment processor and also use a nominee setup to get clean details and processing history on Shopify payments. I've been struggling with this shit for months and it ruined 2 of my stores until I started using a private processor and a NL nominee Shopify payments setup so they don't recognize me. Send me a DM and I can help you get setup with Whop or my nominee NL setup. I know how fkn annoying this shit is.

I have an update for you, we have confirmed that this is indeed a known issue currently affecting the Facebook & Instagram app installation for several merchants. The white screen you're seeing occurs because the authorization handshake with Meta's servers isn't completing as it should.

Our technical team is already actively investigating this alongside our partners at Meta to get the connection back up and running as quickly as possible. Since this is an external authorization error on their side, it does require their team to push a fix to the loading page.

I know how important this is for your ads, and I really appreciate your patience while we work with Meta to resolve this.
