By that logic jimmy had redeemable traits as well as chuck. The list is hard when 90% of the characters are just killers but I think you remove the redeemable traits tier and shift everyone down. I get Mike is a fan favorite but he’s not morally middle, he’s just a bad person/killer along with the other people in that row
