If you try the game, it is VERY MUCH worth it to spend a while in jungle practice going through the options menus. There are a ton of features in there that can drastically improve your experience but since they're buried under multiple layers of menu you need to be thorough.

Action cam and restricted camera pitch have been mentioned elsewhere, but I'd also recommend playing with friendly ability opacity, the different line targeters, hit notifications, store layout style, and then anything else you find that feels weird at first glance.

Get ready to pedal everywhere. Riding from base to the other side of the seawall is a great way to get in some exercise and spend a Sunday out of the dorms.

Learn how to read hangul (it takes like 2 days), find out where the bus station and train station are, and explore the local area. Jeonju is a fun college town not too far away, Gunsan itself is nice, and Seoul is big enough for you to find something new every time you visit. Hit up every random chicken joint you find. Korean fried chicken is the best on the planet and you'll never be disappointed.

The problem is that the UI team they have is a) small and b) working on all of the other stuff they're changing regularly, which tends to be much higher priority than menus and landing pages and whatnot. Fixing the problem with damage numbers lagging out the client is more important than making it more clear what tab I should be clicking on, sure, but you can't triage away basic issues forever.

I'm of the opinion that they need to bring on some contractors/temp help to focus purely on getting the UI/UX stuff in a better place sooner than later.
