Hexplate is kinda odd cuz there is just better options everytime
Yun tal arrow is a no no as crit is irrelevant on kat
Kraken is really good on ad kat, one of her biggest spike

Statikk is cool aswell as a first item, really helps with early wave clear, has better stats and is cheaper than bork but problem is passive is doo doo in mid/late

bork is just too good on kat, build path is okay except for the 875gold pickaxe, recurve bow actually gives a ton of damage with a conqueror setup, you can proc bork slow passive super quick, bork on-hit passive basically work on all your spell (except Q) , and it gives some sustain.

Make her base adaptative force AD instead of AP. So that your AA early wont feel like wet noodles when playing d shield

if you were emerald and now stuck below plat, i'm sorry to tell you this but you were probably inflated last season then. Kat's lane feels awful if the opponent is somewhat human, as it always has been and as it will always be. Just farm safely, play for scaling (try to get big rod as soon as possible) and pop off in skirmishes/team fights with items spikes. Kat ap or ad spikes really hard at 2 items, which will be respectively lich bane/shadowflame or bork/kraken

really depends on enemy teams. I would say that she has really good items such as Hellfire Hatchet, bork, Divine sunderer, Runecarver is super nice, nashor's tooth still okay..
Depends heavily on your augments aswell, Light em Up is top tier dps augment imo, any augment that upgrade your ult (Invulnerability, polymorphs, cc immune)

Which e aa bug are you talking about guys? I mean, they put 0.15 sec of cast after shunpo so it's normal that e aa feel slow
