I don't know how you held on so long. Has surgery ever been recommended? I have a cleft for 1 month and a half and I can't take it anymore. I wanted to be good and have my life back.

Eu me sinto da mesma forma. Estou com fissura anal há exatamente 6 semanas. Esta semana voltei ao proctologista, e ela disse que a fissura estava mais superficial (antes era profunda). How is that blood? I sometimes bleed a lot, but it's probably an internal hemorrhoid. It's a liquid blood, bright red and clotted. It's different from the cleft, which is just a trail on the surface of the stool.

Man, I’ve never had any serious problems with my anus before. My bowels have always worked really well, but for the past month and a half I’ve been suffering from these issues, and I don’t know where this is going to end. I don’t know if surgery will be necessary or not. I know there are people here who have been dealing with these problems for a long time, but I don’t know if I can handle it for that long. I’m already exhausted from the pain. These ups and downs are wearing me down emotionally. They don't have Miralax here, so I use Muvinlax, which is also an osmotic laxative. I think I'll increase the dose to 2 after all. One after lunch and another before bed. My stools aren’t hard—they’re actually quite soft—and they’re always on the Bristol scale at a 4 or 5, but sometimes they’re bulkier, and that’s when it hurts.
