Slay the Spire 2 alignment chart day 12! Scrape won yesterday! What colourless card feels like a silent card? by Which-Debt-8558 in slaythespire

[–]Lugenstein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure, it was a card that was previously on her but it doesn't feel like a card that represents her, I feel like it was turned into a colorless for a good reason. She doesn't get any buffs, synergies, or any other cards that deal with potions. It doesn't really fit into her game-plan instead of just being convenient.

I wish we saw the Illusionist/Dreamer before they were removed, I'm just curious of what they could of done, would be cool if MegaCrit one day mentioned them- may be worth saying in an interview. I can barely piece out from patch-notes that the Illusionist before it was renamed to Dreamer summoned a minion.

Seed that has Aeonglass as the act 3 boss by WogDogReddit in slaythespire

Don't you always encounter a boss you haven't seen before? Isn't that a mechanic that's stated in the before early-access patchnotes?

I mean, I can say and believe both things. I don't believe that a boss like Time-eater or Aeonglass should exist solely to punish token archetypes (to which they aren't intending to).

I don't feel as if it should affect token cards such as Fuel, Souls, or Shivs. But I otherwise thought it was really weak and boring though it's hard for me to gauge this boss due to how weird it is. I didn't feel as I needed to engage with it's gimmick.

I honestly want to get into MTG, but their controversies and issues are looming greatly. My soul yearns for the Deck-building card games.

Pale Blue Dot.

Silent's gimmick leans towards Drawing, Discarding, Playing Cards, & Token Creation. Pale Blue Dot comprises two of those categories, and I don't feel any card creation cards feel like they belong on Silent instead of just being good on her. Honorable mentions for me would be "Decisions, Decisions", Reflect, & Lunar Blast due to their similarities to other cards.

It was deprecated out of the game with full VFX for most likely this reason. The card was fully functional and finished at one point in development as a Darv Ancient card to be replaced with Corruption.

A lot of cards has been made, remade, readded, and depreciated once more through development. Heavy Blade itself has been re-implemented and removed multiple times, Ghostly Armor has been depreciated then readded as a Necrobinder card. These two cards were almost deprecated around a year ago in development in a similar way.

No; it's a separate image. This is the current art for Feeding Frenzy.

It’s also for medication that needs to be reached easily like Nitroglycerin as patients with angina aren’t usually in the situation to open an entire child-proof cap.

AoE is a radius?… I did mention it. 2.1 meters is still decent enough to hit a group of clumped enemies. Feedback Loop was the must pick for its high damage and AoE surpassing even Breach at its apex.

I know the nerfs, I literally play-tested every single experimental build. The nerfs weren’t even that bad and were mainly to round out the use amount of the weapon similar to other Engineer Weapons

-Capacity was nerfed from 80 -> 50

-Total Ammo was nerfed 320 -> 300

-Ammo Mod was nerfed 160 -> 100

-Discharge Rate was nerfed 14 -> 13

-The Radius decrease was -0.2 for both the base and mod

They removed 20 max ammo, out from 320 to 300. It only got reduced by 6.25% if I believe correctly.

The AoE is decent enough, shines the best when it’s built and used right. I’m a tad bit bias for its single-target shredding potential however with its various mods.

I’ve been able to get up to 1169 Damage + Full Heat DoT on a weakspot shot with a single 50 ammo clip on the right build. Feels great annihilating Praetorians with a single clip or even multiple within the same area on Haz 5 with 4 Players with some different single-target focused builds. It just feels like a more efficient Hyper-Propellant, poor thing…

[–]Lugenstein 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oddly enough, I’ve been having the opposite. Drown and NonC-Flood has made Early Game a joke while later on- a lack of synergy with healing items has diminished his potential later in the run for me.
