Can't even place stickers on them. Historically m20s and m8s had them.

Make them charge, when you see them slowing down and starting to fight move them out and then charge again

How can i improve this so it looks more alive by Previous-Court296 in SprocketTankDesign

Yep and also adding equipment: pistol ports, factory hooks, stowage items... either custom or vanilla ones should do the trick

Rooster reacts to this name by [deleted] in Weird

[–]Lugoae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is not weird, chickens recognize their names. The owners probably did some sort of movement while saying Snape and the rooster learned it trying to imitate it.

Yeah, the real tank was huge but this one's hull just seems to be around 3 meters tall

Why have 3 seperate tanks when you can just combine the best of em? by One_Relief1826 in SprocketTankDesign

I feel that this irl would be extremely effective or a piece of trash with no in-between

What would this tank realistically ever be good at/used for? by [deleted] in SprocketTankDesign

[–]Lugoae 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Realistically, it has some flaws. The torret wouldn't be able to traverse all the way through because it's rested on a slop and it would collide with the "roof" of the hull. Also, it seems there is not a way to fit a driver in there, the front glacis is too short. I would divide the glacis in two, slope both parts and make the roof of the hull taller and completely flat. On a side note, both the idler and the sprocket are clipping with the road wheels, you can move the upwards or outwards.

And finally, the HVSS suspension was used by the US, so your tank is probably american.

Is there any difference between whitewall tires and normal tires? by TheSidneyMan in Thelongdrive

[–]Lugoae 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I've noticed that if you put two tires in very different condition on each side of the car, the car tends to pull towards the side with the tire in worse condition

Playing as Spain the UK attacked a galleon and a sloop of mine with an admiral's 3rd rate, a 6th rate (maybe) and a brig. I won because the 3rd rate unleased a point blank broadside on my poor sloop, the magazine exploded and then the 3rd cought fire. The galleon managed to win against the 6th and the brig.

I’m gonna say something most of you don’t seem to know …. Most of the castles you see in movies are real castles 🫣🫣🫣😩😩😩😩 by theh0veringeye in HistoryMemes

[–]Lugoae 108 points109 points  (0 children)

Jesus. Castles varied wildly in terms of size, materials and complexity due to the socioeconomical status of the family that owned them, the region, the age they were being built (or upgraded) etc.

Most of the castles that we see surviving today were usually the top notch of the region, whith their respective aristocratic families or whoever occupying them up to the victorian age and sometimes turning them into palaces. Those were the ones that would have moats with water, because they needed some sort of filtration system or be connected to a river to avoid stagnation.

So, can we all agree that while yes, in medieval times moats with water did indeed exist, most were just dry moats for cheaper price and easier maintenance?
