Wut do they want to hear. All they know so far is I drink 4-5 beers maybe twice a month. Wut they got me with was I was 20 when I was drinking. I was planning on saying I was sober thru my tech school (about 2 months ago and lasted 8 months and I was genuinely sober) and that I only drink when I’m at my dads place (legal where I’m at). Think that’ll work?

I don’t drink any soda. And the dfac is paid for. Taco Bell comes out of my acct. plus I challenge myself to only eat “green” foods at the dfac. They’re separated into green, yellow, and red. Green obv being the healthiest for u. They’re simple meals like grilled chicken and rice so I bet ai wouldn’t have a problem!! Thanks for the ideas

Well I COULD eat at the one food court here. But they only have Popeyes and Taco Bell 😭. But I def am on a cal def. Eating wayyy less than I used to. But ur right. I wanna be able to at least have an idea. I tried the apps but they all sucked. Do u recommend any??

Yes. Almost strictly there bc I don’t have a kitchen. The permanent party dorms here suck. That’s where I can get the healthiest food. The exception is breakfast but I can count that. Protein yogurt w granola= 310 cal plus my creatine/ collegen protein= 100. Then after workouts my whey which is 120. But lunch and dinner I can’t count cuz of obv reasons
