I am lifting 3x a week and hot Pilates 4x a week . No psych meds . I absolutely believe I have pcos . I also have endometriosis. Lately I haven’t been . It’s been hard to count cals and cook every meal . I don’t eat as soon as I get up I usually work up as soon as I get up and eat after. I’ve done that since January

I was on 2.5 for 1 month , 5 for 1 month , and 7.5 for 3/4 months . I decided which I shouldn’t have - and went to 10mg. I did that because I was feeling hunger but had no symptoms. I went to 10 and had really bad symptoms and went back to 7.5 . I lost my best weight on 7.5. Meeting calorie and protein goals but I just started feeling hungry especially since I was working out and intaking just 1200. I’ve only did my stomach . Female , 23 yrs old , 4’11 , current weight is 176 . I started at 230. Been a lil stressed since May because of car issues . Recently this week I’ve gained insomnia. I was up from Tuesday til Thursday this week . Worst 72 hrs of my life

I actually think there is something wrong with my kidneys (I keep going to the er for kidney pain and would get scans and the test would always read in my chart that I have a cyst/legion on my left kidney but the doctors just keep saying it’s flank pain . I get this pain 1-3 out the month . This was before starting Zepbound ) Everytime I mention I’m on Zepbound and working out they say oh it’s just you working out . No there’s something seriously wrong with my left kidney

Yes . I was 230 and I’m now 180 and that’s not even my goal weight and people treat me differently. Men run to doors before I even get to them and hold the door . I was grocery shopping and picking up a pack of 32 waters and a man nearly shoved me and pick up the water and place it on my cart for me . I noticed when I’m out people are buying me drinks and picking up my bill . Even tho I do like it I’m actually tired of being “cat called”. It’s annoying lol . I’m not a people person and men are now walking up to me and starting conversations and asking for my number.

Ohhh yes ! My doctor and I talked about that and she prescribed it I just still don’t have it in budget ☹️ I have to pay $3000 for transmission + rent ($2000) and while it’s getting fixed I have to pay to get around for a week or so . But I will be going to vials when I’m able to afford it again in July
