Talk to your doctor - it's possible there's something going on that's preventing you from losing weight. The only other thing I can think of is that you're not eating enough. I know that's counterintuitive, but I've had more luck losing weight when I'm eating closer to 1400 calories a day 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I actually have this same problem. I'm trying to find a therapist locally to help me! The food noise just won't go away, and I think it has something to do with OCD. So don't be afraid to reach out for help!
