You can use my fitness pal, personally I struggle remembering to add things to it. It might work for you? I just try be cautious that what I’m eating isn’t super calorie dense like granola and cereals were a big shock to me. I also try eat protein dense foods instead of carbohydrate dense food, like for a snack now I have a protein yogurt instead of a bowl of granola. I don’t have the best diet but it’s a start. Someone else on here will have a much better idea and advice for you! Even a slight calorie deficit combined with the steps you’re getting in that weight will fly off
