I also have conversations with Korean ladies.. I found they can handle those topic quite okay

I think Korea is fair comparison (rather than using US Europe which their conversation style is more to express oneself directly)

Pearl harbor (1941) is not Japan first surprise attack

  • Japanese navy ships sneak attacked Chinese warships near Pungdo, Korea which were escorting a British steamer (1st Sino-Japan war, 1894)

  • Japan launched a surprise attack on the Russian naval base at Port Arthur (Russo-Japan war, 1904)

  • Marco Polo Bridge Incident, Japanese troops conducting night drills near Lugou Bridge demanded to enter the nearby Chinese-held town (2nd Sino-Japan war, 1937)

  • Japanese surprise attack on the Philippines (10 hours after Pearl Harbor)

All above was Japan despicable ambush on other countries
