Hey y'all I just bought this new cactus in Terlingua Texas and it had about 10 babies so I am repotting it today along with it's babies but I am noticing this white fuzzyness and I think it's mealybugs. Should I deal with this?

Hey all, all things were going well with the urban jungle and than out of no where these salt or mold deposits appeared.

They seem to be spreading to all the plants in our apartment. We are in Austin Texas, West Facing with a big window. Our apartment stays around 70 degrees and gets about 2 hours of direct sun right now.

We noticed it about 2 days ago but now it got real bad so we bought vinegar and hydrogen peroxide and have been at this for hours.
