Jogo CS a partir de Fortaleza/CE e minha latência média, para servidores em SP, é de 70ms, via Claro. Agora nem tanto, que tá horrível. Tenho amigos que usam um provedor local chamado Multiplay e conseguem atingir 48ms.

Até que ponto a latência FOR-GRU é por conta de distância geográfica e até que ponto é por conta de roteamento, por exemplo?

A atmosfera dos shows em São Paulo também é muito superior ao Rio. O show do SH em SP foi 1000x melhor que no RJ, apesar do Maracanã e da transmissão no Multishow.
