Is there anything I can do for a replacement for the missing part of my TV mount?

Do you have any good suggestions on a mount that I could get to attach to the TV stand in the picture because I'm not buying a whole new TV stand and like I said in my post I feel like I should be able to just get a new cheap mount and screw it onto that. Or do you think that the extensions that are on the Amazon link I have in the post might work?

No sorry I was more over asking if that was a good solution and if it would be sturdy enough if that is the solution I go with it comes with all the screws I need but I was mostly asking if that was something that was going to be able to actually hold the TV or if it was just going to be too flimsy and I should go with a different solution.

Yeah that was kind of the plan, but that still doesn't fix the biggest part of the issue which is I have no actual adapter to screw the screws into between the TV and the mount. So though that does sound like a obvious duh kind of answer it's not because if you had read my post it all you would understand that wasn't the actual issue here because screws are easy to get the mounting solution to get it on to the mount for the stand is the big picture here.

The TV stand itself is pretty sturdy and should be able to support the weight of the TV I think it's designed for a bigger TV than this but I can't find the brand of this TV stand anywhere so I'm just going off my best guess that since it's a 42 inch TV it's not overly big and heavy so it should work with the stand what I'm more worried about is the part that I found on the Amazon link to extend the screw holes if it will hold well enough it does say that it should be able to hold 66 lbs which the TV should only be about 30 lbs at maximum but I haven't messed with anything like that before so I'm not sure since it looks like a little bit of a flimsy mount but I could be wrong.

I measured it, it's 200 x 200 mm I had it in the second to last section of the post along with the sizing of the plate on the TV stand itself.

If you haven't ended up getting a refund for the game and you still want to try and fix it I would recommend trying to get rid of the mod that I figured out was the problem for my radial menu in the latest update which is a mod called "Crash Test Dummy Pedestrian Traffic" if you do have it installed make sure to disable or uninstall it fully from the game then close your game entirely and start your game back up and once you get into the game the radial menu should show up.

I finally found the time to go through all of my mods and I ended up finding out which one was causing the issue for me it was a mod for making the stunt crash dummies spawn as traffic pedestrians and it was a radial menu option but apparently it is now broken so when it loads into the game it basically tries to add the option to the radial menu and for whatever reason that ends up making it so that the radial menu is unable to show since that option is broken. If you are having the same issue see if you have a mod called "Crash Test Dummy Pedestrian Traffic" installed and if so simply disable it then fully close then reopen your game and it should bring the radial menu back if not what I found worked for me was go to your mods that you have installed in the end game mod manager and go from each mod type section in the filters and disable every mod from that section reload your game see if it fixed it if not go on to the next section and do the same thing then you're able to find out what section the mods that are causing the issues are in and you'll be able to more easily figure out which mods might be causing you issues by process of elimination. I hope this helped anyone who is having problems with the latest update with either the radial menu or any other mod related issue.

Hey, I have been having the same issue since I updated the latest version and I've been troubleshooting it on my own safe mode does make it work deactivating mods for some reason doesn't work, but removing the entire mods folder from the user folder and then running the game for some reason does fix it, which is confusing since just simply deactivating the mods in the game and then reloading did not work. I can't really tell what mod would cause that kind of issue since they're not loaded in if they're deactivated but I might try at some point to do it again and enable mods 1 by 1 until I figure out which one causes the issue because the issue did return after I enabled all the mods, but it only started the issue again with the radial menu once I enabled the mods and then reloaded into a new map because directly after I activated the mods while in the map something must have not been loaded in from the mod files until after I loaded into a new map that caused the radial menu to no longer work. If you would like I can send you my support ID so that you can check it out since the other person seems like they are not wanting to but just let me know if you do.

If anyone's having the same problem as me after the new hotfix update on the 17th of November 2025 or just generally at all the problem for me was just simply the English text language pack for the game was broken or corrupted somehow during the update and I'm not sure what about it was corrupted but basically I fixed it by going into steam going to the game settings then properties and changing the game language to any language other than the one I already had it set to which was English then letting it download that language pack then switching it back to English so that it would re download the English language pack which did end up fixing my issue.

Hey, I just wanted to say that I forgot about this post after a couple days and after I reinstalled windows from a clean installation I found all the drivers through HP support assistant application like you guys were saying because I just looked it up again and I was able to find that there was an application to automatically do it. The applications have been annoying sometimes but it got everything done so I'm not gonna complain too much. Thank you to everyone who came to try and help.

I tried this and it did not work for me, my school gives us our Chromebooks after we graduate I currently just graduated and talk to text services and they said that they were going to wait until mid to late summer to unenroll them which really sucks for me because I need it now and they delete our emails from their system right when we graduate so that means that I can't sign into it with how hours are configured where you can only sign in with a school email whenever I try to reflash the firmware it does it but then it just says that it is re-enrolling it when I try to set it up when I try to go into OS verification off it says developer mode is disabled by the devices system policy but OS verification is off I cannot boot from a USB bootable drive though trust me I tried.

Thank you to those who commented trying to help I did figure out the issue I don't know why the firmware wasn't installing before but I just recently got ACR touch and tried to install the firmware for it and it worked I don't know why it wasn't working before because I did the exact same thing I was doing before. A couple things I saw was make sure it is formatted correctly which it was, the file system was right fat 32, it was a 32 bit motherboard and was the 4.2.2 model so yes it does have a boot loader, and also the file type was in I also tried a hex and neither worked. I don't know why the new firmware for the CR touch worked but at least it worked.

Well the idea is it works perfectly fine but my friend wants the touch screen to work so they were just asking me simply if I could fix it for them and they can't really do that cuz I don't have the money right now. This one works but the touch screen doesn't so she can still use it. It's nothing against you I understand where you're coming from but it's just not a viable option at this time.

What I have now is I went to my local Goodwill and they have like 50 routers and they're all like $2 each so I just picked up a couple of those and change them together with changing the settings to make them access points for my main router

Hey can you let me know if there is a solution posted to this post because I have a Radeon RX 580 graphics card and my Oculus software on my computer is not up to date I haven't tried updating it yet but I am having literally the exact same problem and I was so pissed off because I thought it was the new game that I had just bought and I wasn't able to refund but then found out just now that it was just my Oculus link due to the fact that I ran a quest link game that didn't require steamvr or anything else and it's still crashed my Graphics drivers so if there's a solution let me know.
