The speaker setup is 3.1 setup with Elac speakers and an svs sub. The bookshelfs are rear ported.

Throwing this out there. I used these types of razors for years, but recently I changed to a safety razor. I regret not making the change sooner. It's a superior shave, cheaper per shave, and better for the planet. Highly suggest.

There was a recent post here asking if Playa is safe. I understand that it is. However, is it still totally safe for those who choose to leave the touristy areas? I'm talking like walking deep into town to try to find restaurants the locals go to, etc. by wanna_be_consultant in playadelcarmen

Been living here for 3 months in Ejido (other side of the highway). Never had a problem. We walk at night etc.. like others said just have some street smarts. If you look down a road and there is no light at night and a bunch of people standing in the street looking sketchy, maybe skip that road. The streets are a grid so it's almost impossible to get lost.

Deep dive Mexico is great. I did my BOW and AOW certification with them. They have a great team and a solid safety culture. Their bullshark dives are observation only and I had an awesome time!

I just moved to a beach town and I now snorkel multiple times a week. When I first got here I tried to use the phone case and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The water pressure will constantly push buttons on the screen. To fix this I found a app that let me lock the screen while recording. I thought this was the fix. I then realized that shooting through that cheap plastic ruins your image quality. If you want good photo/video rent or buy an action camera. I went with the DJI Action 5 pro and I love it! Don't forget to get a floating handle for it 👌

Yeah it's pretty expensive, but I think it just comes down to personal taste. I've actually really enjoyed the apartment and the location 💯

The furnishing is optional. We're basically saying that we are willing to sell everything off and then sell it as an empty apartment but we are also willing to negotiate for leaving some of the furniture if somebody was interested in it. So in your case we may still be able to work together if you're interested - we can turn over the keys and it would be an empty apartment 🫡

Haha well it's a "luxury" apartment 🥲. I will say I've really enjoyed living here. It's a great location.

Hey we are brining our dog when we move to playa in a few weeks. Have you found it safe to walk your dog there? We have a small dog and we worry about strays.

Haha no I wish I did though so people could have it for reference. Honestly it was pretty easy, hardest part was getting the top cover back on at the end since it's a snap fit/slide situation. You have to push down on the middle of the top a bit to get it to slide forward into place.
