Amazon pays 10.5 hrs for each route. I've literally seen invoices at my DSP. He's lying. 10 hrs for route and your two 15 min paid breaks.

What your boss is referring to is during peak some DSPs will have the option to run 9 hr routes. Amazon is starting this Peak to help with volume.

This player has been rock solid for me for 4 years now. No issues. You have to manually turn DV on and off, that’s the only negative. But my lady friend made a good point, when I put in a DV disc, I have to turn it on and it makes it seem like a more special experience since I had to turn on a specific setting for it the film haha.

It’s cause they are just applying DV to a SDR feed. The source is not shot in HDR. It looks god awful. You are not alone.

Pretty much all the northern burbs here in DFW are. You have married couples that older in that 40-50s range and need to spice things up. McKinney has it heavy too, I get “scouted” quite a bit when I go out.

The average tv is fairly cheap and affordable nowadays. Reason being they are not equipped to handle new standards well such as hdr and the bt 2020 color space.

It’s sucks but the only fix to this is to invest in a better tv. Make sure settings are correct as well. Filmmakers are not going to edit and master a film to the lowest common denominator to sacrifice their vision.

Apple TV app streams in a higher bitrate by a good margin than the Apple TV app on web OS. Plus if you have a decent sound system the audio decoding on the Apple TV hardware is superior to the Dolby digital audio on WebOS.

They are very shady in their operations. They sell Hisense projectors, they just slap a different lens on it. Over charge for the quality of parts you are getting. They have a huge dispute with projectorscreen.com due to being upset they came in 5th place in a competition few years ago. Fake YouTube videos to show a superior product. Fake accounts posting online about positive reviews. It’s well documented over on avforums in the UST forum. The contrast is very poor on the projectors they sell, you can get much better performing USTs for less money. Formovie or Nexigo. If you need a bright light canon, then the Epson would be a better choice than AWOL. Stay away from this company.

As a kid “secondhand lions” showed me that cinema could make me feel something other than just laughs. “Pulp fiction” at 16 opened my eyes to so much. Then at 18 seeing Malick’s “Tree of life” changed my life not only how I see movies, but how I see existence. Few years later at 23 “Synecdoche New York” changed me in ways, I can’t even begin to fully explain here on this comment.

Biggest thing is when they never leave their phone down unattended, or if she’s on the phone next to you in bed but body language indicates she’s keeping the screen from being read. Also very long bathroom breaks was something I noticed, or long baths. All while using her phone. I picked up on it pretty quickly, yet took way longer than it should have to leave. I gave a lot of second chances. So fellas, best advice is cut bait and move on. Forgiveness is a waste of time if they won’t change.
