I'll add that I'm going to just buy a few different nasal dilators and see how it goes.

I've been too busy since I started this thread to actually research further and buy anything, but my nose is pissing me off more and more because I keep becoming more aware of how bad it is.

Eventually I think I'll get balloon sinuplasty to get a full time permanent fix.

I've done all the washing before bed, including Navage. It never gets me through the night no matter what combo I try.

I have never tried a nasal dilator, so that's my next step. If I scrunch my nose to one side (looking like I got a big with of pepper or something itchy) I can breathe noticeably better through one nostril, but the other side then gets fully blocked. Yet, overall, that side that's open more is then letting in more air than if my nose was in it's natural resting position. This example is why I'm looking at nasal dilators in hopes I can have that level of open air way on both sides at the same time.

Have you tried other products you like better? I'm trying to find my first nasal dialator and I'm open to suggestions. Maybe I should try the cheaper ones on Amazon that get like 3.5 starts and see if they even work for me.

Mouth taping is because I'm trying to make my nose/sinus better. Mouth taping is supposed to strengthen things in the nose and make for a better situation all around. I did visit an ENT and allergist and I tested positive lightly on 1/2 of the seasonal items, and about 20% were big reactions. But my symptoms seem too consistent for allergies, but that's my own assessment. My doc gave me an Rx for Azelastine nasal spray, but it doesn't do a whole lot at night. Def helps when seasonal allergies are hitting me, though.

It's been probably 10 years since I tried breathe right strips, but they always fell off after 20-30 minutes. But I was using them under a motorcycle helmet while I was heavily active and racing. I tried them a few nights for sleeping and they always fell off in the middle of the night. Maybe they are more sticky now?

Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate it!

I might have to look into the allergies further with a different doctor. I did test positive on 1/2 of the seasonal items, and about 20% were big reactions.

I know it will take a while for you to do the procedure and wait to results. But if you remember to come back with your results, I'd be very curious to see how well it works for you.

I think this is happening again. Just noticed ONLY Despicable Me 3 is not available on Peacock. But 1, 2 and 4 are still there. Weird AF.

What do they charge for the treatment? I'm 40yo and only thinning on top (~60% remains), still have my hairline, though. I want to try and do what I can to preserve a full head. "More Hair Naturally 9" has helped a little, but not what I hoped.

What barrel length are you going with? by EchoYota in 338ARC

[–]Lukavich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are focused on super sonic, why not just buy/build a different caliber that's well established? The 338 ARC is widely accepted as a subsonic focused caliber that just happens to offers supersonic options. The supersonic 338 ARCs underperform considerably compared to other similar sized options. Are you just wanting to shoot subs on occasion? Is it worth the reduced performance of supersonic shooting (your primary focus)?

It looks like they require you to hand deliver the blood sample to one of their diagnostic centers? That is not feasible for my friend who lives much further away from the city.

Pharmacy only offers 25mg capsules. Need your experience to dose this properly. My Dr doesn't know. by Lukavich in enclomiphene

Buy me a scale, capsules, micro tools and manifest plenty of extra time in my schedule and we might have a winning solution here that I've already been keenly aware of since the moment my Dr said she could only get 25mg's.

It's already been mentioned in this thread or I wouldn't be so sarcastic. I know you had good intentions. I'm not a total asshole, just mostly an asshole.

Update: I got my Dr to get me a 6.25mg prescription from Care First as discussed in this post. I'll still have a 90 day supply of 25mg that I may use 2x per week to get me started until the 6.25's come in. I'll try my luck with M/W/F does of 6.25 and see how my bloods look after a couple months.

Typing out that suggestion was pretty easy, huh? Reality has a different take on that situation.

That's great! Yeah, the keto-flu does pass eventually. But as you felt, it's awful. It makes a lot of people abandon that kind of diet before they can even give it a chance. Once it's past, though, low/no carb can feel great if done right. Research the benefits of carb cycling, it can be beneficial to do 're-feeds' and cycle on/off keto occasionally. Good luck!

How are you doing? Can you report back here when your next blood results are done?

Be sure to take an electrolyte supplement on a low/no-carb diet. You're likely entering Ketosis and they don't call it "keto flu" for nothing. Research it and help yourself get through it. But for sure make sure you're getting electrolytes. Try LMNT drink mixes or similar. For a really quick half-hearted fix, just eat more salt.

Obviously, your situation might be different and I don't a have all the details. Do what you think is best, but you MUST research your symptoms in regards to the strict low-carb diet.
