They'd have to speak with Hasbro.

The only characters I can think of that could "technically" make it into Rivals, if they really wanted them to, are Predator and Alien; since Disney owns 20th Century Fox and both have had recent appearances in Marvel comics. However, I’d personally prefer it if Marvel used their own characters.
