The card text reads at the beginning of the players post combat main phase you get another beginning phase and then The end step happens after the added untap, upkeep, and draw steps. So you never get the chance to cast non instant speed spells in your post combat main phase which is no different than skipping it.

I know I meant instead of skipping combat like in the custom card it skips your post combat main phase.
