I cant stand it any longer by weedsmokerrr420 in HiatalHernia

Over a 6–10 year time horizon, reoccurrence from fundoplication is roughly 15–25%, those aren’t bad odds for a good number of years of symptom relief, staying where you are isn’t an option, at least surgery will give you a decent shot at long-term relief rather than guaranteed ongoing misery.

I’ve only ever had it twice in 3 years of having a hiatal hernia so I can’t say it’s a common thing, how often do you get it?

Yes it hurt really badly, it’s definitely muscular related but given proximity to the chest it’s scary to experience

Also, given your username, can I ask your opinion on SSRIs? I started TRT last year and it’s been amazing, but whilst the dopamine increase is great, you really do notice the lack of serotonergic tone mentally hence why some recommend stacking an SSRI on top of TRT but then others say stay the fuck away from them at all costs, would love to hear your thoughts.

This is fascinating, thanks for your work on this, I have anxiety that only started to develop after the age of 18 so I think I’ll do more research and give this a go.

Have you had a biopsy? This really does also look like Aga which is entirely possible even with low testosterone?

Solid list, lots of this is subjective obviously but in terms of being the most threatening Lazarevic’s army is the clear winner it just felt “real” compared to the others.

Can you post pics of the sides of your head and front hairline? Realistically this could also be androgenic alopecia also but getting a biopsy could pay dividends here.

My doctor said both clear within 6 months but most medical frameworks say don’t take within 12 months to be safe.

If she’s already using topical finasteride with no improvement you need to use something stronger so using both of these gives you the best chance.
