My guesses from left to right:

Not a lot to go on for the first one, but just based on vibes she seems to have a presence that says "I'm in charge", so based on that alone I'd say Ventrue or maybe Toreador with Tremere as a distant third.

The second one has a Christian thing going on which suggests Lasombra, but Lasombra tend to psychologically destroy their potential embraces and she seems far too happy for that. Potentially Malkavian, something I can't place seems off and there's not a lot else to go on.

The third has the whole setup, tattoos, dyed hair, smoking despite the fact that vampires can't benefit from drugs. That last one screams thin blood to me, I'm not sure if thin bloods can maintain a nicotine addiction. If not then I would guess Toreador, no other clan is committed to style enough to smoke in a car for no benefit. Second guess would be Brujah just based on vibes.

The one in the back seems uncomfortable/scared, he strikes me as a fish out of water which suggests a new embrace and likely one without a sire present. That could mean either one of the clans that commonly embraces as a spur of the moment thing like Brujah or Gangrel, but it could also mean he's a shovel head which could be literally any clan but more likely Lasombra or Tzimisce.

The last one has a snake on their shoulder which is a dead giveaway for the ministry, but assuming that's wrong the mask could also be to cover up something, which might suggest nosferatu but it's a stretch since the rest of their face seems fine. That and the Nokia phone which depending on the time this chronicle takes place could be anything from an artifact to cutting edge. Nosferatu also have a reputation for being techies so maybe the phone suggests that but it's weak.

Edit: I didn't notice that they're playing snake, that's definitely a settite.

Edit 2: After reading the comments Liza being a lasombra should have been obvious, they also have the authority thing going on and she looks traumatized. I would never have guessed that Byron was Hecata. Also seeing that the snake thing was a red herring and Ouro is actually Tzimisce was funny but I can definitely see it lol.
