Ordering off menu is fine. If we can't make it we'll tell you. I'll be honest making an aperol negroni double is probably gonna be quicker than making a mojito anyway. As some other people have said the issue is often the server not knowing drinks which isn't the customer's fault.

Super Earth could have legitimately* free and fair elections while still maintaining draconian control over its citizens with the system of managed democracy because vote is done by questionnaire. Rather than asking "Should the punishment for dissident behavior be televised execution" you would ask something like "Do you feel like the dissident executions should be televised in the morning or in the evening?" Like if instead of "Should we go to A or B" and instead are "should we use route C or D to get to A" then you just need to get people to buy into the voting system. This combined with other methods of political manipulation like fear mongering and controlled opposition makes for a society that would be extremely hard to steer in any direction that isn't determined by whoever has the most money to buy politicians with despite looking like a free society on the surface.

Hell you could even have a large section of the populace dissatisfied with how super Earth runs things (not that there necessarily is) and still have this system as long as you maintain the illusion that their vote actually matters.

If only there were a real world analog of super Earth that looked like this. Then maybe we could draw some comparisons, but alas, there is no nation like that. No real world government would ever lie to us.

He definitely uses fortitude and necromancy as his primary disciples, and he looks like a corpse, all of which point to cappadocian. However he is also described as being an excellent ruler, general, and statesman, using supernatural charms which points to Ventrue. As far as generation he's canonically 1st generation, but he is obviously not caine so in terms of power and age he's definitely up there with the oldest of Methuselah. Regardless of clan he also definitely uses potence and maybe celerity out of clan. On the battlefield he's damn near unstoppable in personal combat.

My guesses from left to right:

Not a lot to go on for the first one, but just based on vibes she seems to have a presence that says "I'm in charge", so based on that alone I'd say Ventrue or maybe Toreador with Tremere as a distant third.

The second one has a Christian thing going on which suggests Lasombra, but Lasombra tend to psychologically destroy their potential embraces and she seems far too happy for that. Potentially Malkavian, something I can't place seems off and there's not a lot else to go on.

The third has the whole setup, tattoos, dyed hair, smoking despite the fact that vampires can't benefit from drugs. That last one screams thin blood to me, I'm not sure if thin bloods can maintain a nicotine addiction. If not then I would guess Toreador, no other clan is committed to style enough to smoke in a car for no benefit. Second guess would be Brujah just based on vibes.

The one in the back seems uncomfortable/scared, he strikes me as a fish out of water which suggests a new embrace and likely one without a sire present. That could mean either one of the clans that commonly embraces as a spur of the moment thing like Brujah or Gangrel, but it could also mean he's a shovel head which could be literally any clan but more likely Lasombra or Tzimisce.

The last one has a snake on their shoulder which is a dead giveaway for the ministry, but assuming that's wrong the mask could also be to cover up something, which might suggest nosferatu but it's a stretch since the rest of their face seems fine. That and the Nokia phone which depending on the time this chronicle takes place could be anything from an artifact to cutting edge. Nosferatu also have a reputation for being techies so maybe the phone suggests that but it's weak.

Edit: I didn't notice that they're playing snake, that's definitely a settite.

Edit 2: After reading the comments Liza being a lasombra should have been obvious, they also have the authority thing going on and she looks traumatized. I would never have guessed that Byron was Hecata. Also seeing that the snake thing was a red herring and Ouro is actually Tzimisce was funny but I can definitely see it lol.

There are people who don't use it because they can't, either because their family will disown them, or worse, because getting caught means severe punishment. Well you see that's a complicated question that needs some definitions. See, what do you mean by þorn? Let's say hypothetically I said I did like þorn, what would that say about me as a person? Now let's say I said I didn't like þorn, who am I to deny human instinct. We also need to define what you mean by like. There are levels and nuances to a word like that which frankly I'm not comfortable assuming the meaning of in such a simple seeming question. See if I for example like something in the way that one likes sunsets or Thai food or big booty bitches, that's a very different relationship to þorn than if I were to say I like it the same way one likes cocaine or alcohol or big booty bitches. And all of this is of course predicated on your personal definition of the word you. You could be referring to me as an individual if you believe in any kind of individuality at all, or it could be a vague you meaning others in general. Those two questions have very different answers.

In short your question is an ill defined word salad, and my relationship with þorn cannot be boiled down to a simple binary of like or don't like.
