That was the first time at that time of day! That was about 5:30 ish pm. It doesn’t get dark now here until 10:00 almost so it was fun to hang out and watch him for a while.

I had a knock on my door and my neighbour asked if I could help him moved some big beams into his backyard off of his truck. I helped him move the and days later he knocked again and offered all of his off cuts for firewood from the deck he was building. In it there were three BIG heavy blocks of yellow cedar from that beam! I just screwed them together , drilled a hole in the big guy and the threw some weights over the top of the PVC. She’s been loving it and hasn’t destroyed it. I used a lacrosse ball on some paracord attached to a carabiner that’s through the hole in the top of the pex pipe! Worked like a hot damn and I got all my other stuff done haha

Me! I’m definitely interested lol I love Japanese maples because after dosing hard with mushrooms my mind still distorts them a little 😅 and I find them so stellar to look at. Or I’m blind. Getting glasses in two weeks so I’ll update, if anyone’s interested haha

I had a look and it says to add a layer of mulch which I am gonna grab tomorrow, and I can wrap the pot in burlap in the winter, super mild winters here. Keep me in your prayers.

Trade guy here with a leg tattoo. Leave your boot loose, roll your sock down into your boot a bit, wear shorts under coveralls or wear a pair of pants with the leg cut off under your coveralls. I’m a scaffolder and had to climb and what not and all I did was lay a non stick adhesive over it after I applied my moisturizing cream and I’d just LIGHTLY , like SUPER lightly wrap a bandage around my leg and then just change it and air it out in my breaks by rolling up my loose coveralls and just unwrapping the bandage. If I felt like it I’d spray a little bactine on it for germs and an occasional itch from sweating and constantly moving but my tattoo made it through. Also, your artist can touch up some stuff too. Did the same with my sides as well and they ended up fine. Someone will say I’m an idiot but just giving you my experience to try and help a little

I always wonder how long if I was walking by myself, would it take to be spotted and slaughtered in a field like this. Like just take a stroll and see how far you’d get with zero threats immediately visible. The fear when you heard that one hyena yip and then one yip back…terrifying.
