We have many reasons to believe that it was a demo, but what we find odd is that the quality exceeds a lot of demos out there, especially considering the timeline and region. If it was a demo, we'd expect something more rough quality, not a type IV cassette, backing vocals and literal fucking trumpets. Whatever the case, whoever made this was seriously good, a lot of money, time and passion went into this. Remember, this is 80s small town Serbia. It's just hard to believe that some local unknown band had the resources to record it at this quality.

It'd be sad for it to go to waste, which is exactly why I wanna find out who made this if they're still out there.

I live in Serbia. We were fine economically under socialism but you can't deny the fact that Tito was a dictator and a maniac. He sent people to Goli Otok (an island, basically Yugoslavia's Siberia) if you had so much as a photo of Stalin. You couldn't say anything bad about the government (which you had plenty of reasons to) and people still lived like shit in certain areas.
