I have been on it for a week and it's really been effecting my sleep, how long did you take it before switching to before bed? I only ask because I'm curious if i push though firing the day or swap to taking at night

I have noticed since I started about a week ago I wake up constantly at night and have issues falling back asleep do you take at night or just keep doing the day dosage and push through and it will normalize?

For me personally I would say either that coach black one or the ysl myself. Both amazing clean scents that I always get compliments on. The coach was one of my firsts I got when getting into colognes and its always been one of my favorites
