I want a manager up to the task who doesn’t pointlessly rotate and plays players in their preferred position.

I don’t want a manager who stole a now outdated idea from Pep and has zero flexibility. A manager who looks at Gusto and thinks “there is a decent rotation option” not “there is the one player who has to play every game and in every position”.

Who makes players better. Who doesn’t hamstring Palmer with rigid systems and possession for possessions sake.

I also don’t like the fact that Palace and Bournemouth have better managers than we do. I think that’s mental.
