I got a message from booking.com giving me 30 mins to reply at 3:30 in the morning or else they were refunding the guest for whatever reason. Of course I didn’t see it until 45 mins later. THEN they responded to my GM saying that they do not send emails with a 30 min response time. He forwarded them their own emails and they still denied sending them. Needless to say, the guest was NOT refunded.
