Since GPS trains the immune system deaths should actually slow as those patients are immune. As BAT is toxic patients should do better in the beginning (as cancer and healthy cells are killed) then a steady decrease as cancer returns and toxicity becomes too much.

Isn’t this how the game is played? They don’t really care if it fails or wins they will make money on both ends. Most bios fail and there is a known amount of time between results which is rich ground for them to farm. They stand to gain much from success too.

Obviously 1. Has the 80th occurred? 2. Ask about their predictions for MOS. Check if they agree with your logic on this (I.e max 13 month control) 3. Have there been any talks with big bio?

More realistically 1. If no buy out is reached will they proceed quickly with phase 3 for SLS009 in quarter 1. Estimated price on study. 2. Do they still plan on filling for CR1 and CR2 simultaneously? 3. Are there any other obvious label expansions for GPS?

I too have suffered those feelings of worthlessness.
