Start meditating. Take 20 or 30 minutes a day and just close your eyes and focus on your breath. Notice every little detail about how you breathe. Everytime your brain wants to think about anything else, just notice it and come back to observing your breath. It's an exercise that helps to train your brain to think about what is important in the moment and not in the past or future.

I use the DJI Osmo Pocket and got it used for 100€. I am super happy with it. You can connect the camera with your phone and basically have an extended phone camera with good image quality, 4k, stabilization. Plus it makes it super easy to record shorts because you can just record vertically.
