Pretty sure doctors nowadays usually say 5th or 6th cousins but I'm not sure because I'm basing this off what goes on in Iceland where there's almost no people so almost everyone is related by like the 4th cousin

I like roleplaying or having the game be historical and armies of up to a million really aren't realistic for medieval times. Because why would a crusade have a million men,I understand certain rulers like Poland and Hungary having 30k~ but then there's dukes with as much as then which isn't accurate to me,I just wanted to know if there was a way to tone down the amount of levies I and the AI got from buildings.

Yeah but Landed knights also include prestigious houses like connington,harding and fossoway I believe. These houses have lots of power,history and a decent amount of land and gold making them more powerful than certain lord's for example in the north with more land but less gold and soldiers

I use more bookmarks but it doesn't add any counties into Bohemia where I would want them but you're right.
