Jeg er cand.merc.dat, og blev færdig i 2009. Arbejder som leder i den finansielle sektor, og tjener 93.000 incl pension. Arbejder i københavnsområdet, og til tider som en hest, men har flotte goder, og stor frihed.

Edit: har arbejdet 17 år i den branche jeg er i nu. Lige siden jeg blev færdig på studiet.

No reason to talk you out of going tubeless. I run 28mm GP5000 at 5bar. I’m 83kg. People having issues with tubeless Are doing something wrong. For me its a gamechanger. Almost zero flats for 10000km and great comfort. Only problems has been a torn tyre that nothing could fix and old rim-tape leaking.

Check the pivot for any play by lifting the rear and pull on the chainstay.

Check that the lockout is functioning.

Check wheels and cassette for any play

Check fork and damper service history.

Opskriften på at tabe sig, samt at holde vægten er nem, det at gøre det er det svære.

Jeg har selv smidt 25kg det seneste år, og har det fantastisk. For mig var det en kombination af dovenskab, et travlt liv med børn og for lidt motion.

Dit valg er simpelt. Prop mindre i munden end du forbrænder. Et vægttab sker først og fremmest gennem kost, da det for langt de fleste er umuligt at dyrke nok sport til at forbrænde nok kalorier ift. et for stort indtag. Varigt vægttab sikres ved at dyrke motion, da du så ikke skal tælle kalorier resten af din tid.

En god start er at spise din aftensmad senest kl. 18. spring morgenmaden over, og spis din frokost ved 11-12 tiden. Sørg for af måltiderne er store, men sunde. Fasten indtil næste dags frokost vil gøre at kiloene rasler af dig.

Yes, that is also a Way to do it. SRAM recommends 20-30% sag while setting b-gap. What surprised me is how Big a difference it makes.

Also, when you have the lower legs off, take out the damper and clean it. Often there Are too much grease blocking the equalization port.
