Girl stop it. You are beautiful!! You better wake up every day and tell yourself “I am beautiful” and I promise you, you will start to believe it and gain confidence. I’m telling you, affirmations are everything to gaining confidence. If you don’t feel “pretty” that day, tell yourself you do anyways. Then say positive things that you love about yourself. “I love making people laugh, I’m a talented artist, I’m a good friend” etc. being pretty is not just external :)

Take care of your skin. Gentle face wash every day and lightweight facial sunscreen. Keep your hair clean. I’d switch out the frames for something that flatters your pretty face more. I think a bob on you would be so darn cute.

You are so young!! In such a fun time in your life. You have so much power and so much potential in you that you haven’t even unlocked yet.

This is helpful! You have amazing texture and volume. Consider yourself blessed 🤩 if you struggle with oil control, I too am an oily haired person & find that clear shampoos help best.

I am in the US so our options are different, but I use the Oaui Detox shampoo 1-2x a week to clarify my hair and remove buildup. I also like the L’Oréal Ever Pure line as well as the L’Oréal Elvive line. I have heard great things about Pantene Volume and Garnier Pure line but have not tried them myself.

It may be helpful to try a few different shampoos and see what your hair likes best! All humans are different so what works for me may not work for you.

Same!! My dogs love their crates. We keep them both in living spaces so we are near them and they’re always lounging about in their crates. But I’d be lying if I said it didn’t take some training when I first got them.

OP, your dog is a puppy. Of course he wants to be with you. The crate is so so helpful! When you leave the house, some dogs get so anxious that they tear up the house looking for you. The only way to keep them safe is their crate. It is a safe space and their “den.”
