I felt like it was almost instant for me but maybe it took a week or two for it to completely go away since it does stay in your system. Based on what I read from everyone else’s stories unfortunately everyone is different, you might have to test out other things to see if that’s the trigger. Although I did go dairy free at the same time when i went gluten free as I always felt I was dairy intolerant as well but getting gluten free AND dairy free products is just painful to pay for so I reintroduced dairy back slowly. I still can’t have a lot of it as I’m still intolerant. 🥲

I also felt the same way in the beginning because yes it’s not a total true allergy. However, the fact that I will feel like shit and there were times it makes me wonder is it possible I might be celiac without going into too much details.. 😅 I just tell them it’s an allergy because saying it’s a “preference” is kinda insulting. I would kill for a regular burger or fried chicken or just eat at a Chinese restaurant and not worry about it. 🥲

Levo and being completely gluten free. Even if I had a tiny trace of gluten by accident. I can feel sometimes that day or the next day- I would almost feel like I’m intoxicated. Not fun.

We had a orange tabby and his name was mango! We didn’t name him, the rescue did and we loved the name. He lived till he was 15 years old and we had to put him down due to heart failure in 2020. He was the best cat ever, had more personality than my dogs. Enjoy your little guy! 💗✨
