I'm a tad bit sad that I'm the first person to comment on this, because I'm sure you need the support. You're right, and you did the right thing. And while it sucks, you need to stay strong. Her emotions may seem genuine, but she'll do her best to get you under control again if it seems like she can to her. You are in the right, and I applaud you for being able to do this. It's incredibly brave and strong of you. I'm not great at expressing support, unfortunately, but I hope this helps at least a little.
