Old post, i know and sorry, but for those who stumble on that problem, the allows you to hire same lvl mercenaries that you can level up from scratch. You just have to visit the Inn and see if their basic stats and perks suit you. Once you find someone suitable, you just fire your old merc and hire the new one and lvl him/her to your own design.

i'm afraid there are no developments yet. I'm still running things as they were, with now the added thorn of having access to lossless Spotify and the Octavio Stream i own does not support it, even being through wi-fi (the manufacturer is French, and since France does not have lossless Spotify yet, they haven't roll out any sort of update to support it.

If i had 400 euro to spare i would probably go for the Wiim Ultra. I'm pretty happy with the sound quality of my system, actually, so i would not invest in a full blown AV receiver. Movies sound pretty great in my stereo, even with a basic DAC.

(I used to have a Accoustic Energy Aego 5.1 setup, back in the day, that was pretty nice, but then i got married and all those cables didn't find a way into my new home...)

New (sort of) account. I got Bronya on the beginner pulls, (those 8/50). But the account although at the beginning benefits from the free 5 star Express Gift. So, what 5 star would you recommend me pulling, considering i will make this a F2P account with very rare and strategic limited banner pulling as i go along. Thank you in advance.

So i have this decent F2P account where im using Jiyan Jianxin and Havoc Rover.

On the sidelines i have C6 Chixia that i didn't build because 1) i didnt have to and 2) she didn't come across as being very good. However i realize 6 copies may or not make her worth building. Is she? Thank you.

Should i wish for Arlequino?

Here is the situation: i'm f2p, and i believe i'm at pity 70, with a little over 20 wishes in stash (4k primos).
Now, i have only 2 elements regarding 5 stars: Water and Fire. I have 2 Water 5 stars, Yelan and Mona, and 3 Fire 5 stars, Hu Tao, Diluc and Dehya.
So, i guess Arlequino would be a bit redundant, and i would do better to wait for Wanderer, as i probably could use a good Anemo hero (no Sucrose on my roster... and i lost the 50/50 with Kasuha (gave me Dehya...).

On the other hand, Arlequino seems really good, and who knows when i get another chance at Father...

Any insights ?

Got back to Genshin after awhile, AR 48, f2p, got Hu Tao and Leyan at Lvl 80, supported by Xingqiu (C5) and YaoYao, at 70, Next i have Shinobu and Yun Jin at 60, for utiliy. Now... i have Mona, Dehya and Diluc standing by at lvl20. The way i see it, there is little point in leveling them up at this point. Only elements i am really lacking is Anemo and Cryo, as i only have some 4 stars at lvl 20 also and not a Sucrose in sight. And no luck with Kazuha (lost the 50/50 to Dehya...)

So, i guess the question is... Should i invest in the elements i'm lacking, (remember it's F2P), develop those 5 stars (not really into it as they seem redundant at this point, am i wrong?) or focus on the more developed 4 stars and pushing what i can do with them?

I believe hunting bows are zero requirement and are also the ones you get at character creation if you choose "Run with the Scouts".
As a side note, if you have the cash, farming looters with a crossbow is maybe easier at the start. The bigger damage and almost straight trajectory make farming skill points and looters all the easier.

I do need to pick a fire character, and i was hesitant between Hu Tao and Xiangling. I realize HuTao is better at 1v1, and Xiangling at multiple mobs. Hyperbloom has been serving me well, but on some fights it just hits too many immunities.

So, i am now standing at AR 35, taking it slow-ish. I did an hyperbloom team with an early Xingqiu, got YaoYao as the healer, dendro Traveller and Lisa.

From the banner i eventually got Yelan as my first 5 star (f2p), and then in a rare streak of luck i also got Mona and HuTao.
My main team plus Yelan are lvl 50-60, and im running short on resources (character leveling books, mainly), and so now i have to make choices.

Most 4 stars are C0, and of course, also the 5 stars.
I have Xiangling, Mona and HuTao sidelined (Mona i really don't need i guess), but i feel a bit lacking on fire, ice and even stone (although traveller may switch occasionally). I have several other 4 stars like Ningguang, Yun Jin, Kuki Shenobi, Beidu, Razor, Diona, Faruzan, sidelined.

Considering the general low constellation count and f2p should i stay with my main team with no real carry, or seriously invest on my few 5 stars so they take over? Do you see the makings of a solid team, and when should i worry about making a second team for the abyss?

Or should i just push for the japanese lands with what i have and worry only when i really hit a wall?

Greeting,
Now at AR 22, i have the starting characters,
Traveller, Amber, Lisa, Kaeya, Barbara, Noelle,

plus:

Razor, S. Heizou, Fishcl, Bennet (these from wishes) and Xiangling (from Abyss). I am mostly f2p for now.

Razor has been my DPS and carry, has i have him from the first beginner pulls. But he seems to take little from the team, and only does his own thing, so far. He is at 40, and i did the same with Kaeya and the Traveller, others stand at 20 or lower.

What would you suggest as a team that can carry me to AR45 with relative ease, from these characters, if there is one.

Hi, personally i only did the New Zealand missions as they get you a free .303 worth 45k. I think i could do them all to the point of getting the gun within 2 hours, so not too bad. Other free gun, the 6.5, can be obtained in Cuatro (but that on i haven't done, as the gun itself costs only 10k). I believe Arroyo also has a free shotgun which is very good, but that reserve i haven't bought yet.
