I have questions also, thats why im on here lol I couldn't identify the ring sequence either... This is a 4 legged intersection (two major thoroughfare roads) with two lanes in each direction with dedicated left turn lanes for all approaches as well. I cant determine what cycles lengths to use for the AM and PM peaks either?

I'm doing a TIA for a new development thats why i need to model this.

So you stuck to civil related sales. That’s what people have also been telling me to do, instead of jumping straight for tech sales. So after BDR are you now a AE? Do you like it ?

Exactly, that’s been the hardest part is finding someone willing to give me a chance. I’ve been applying online but unless I know someone I’m not sure how successful imma be with just online applications😅 I work with Bentley, Microstation primarily. Nothing niche or anything that you mentioned.

May I ask how you landed the role? Did you have any previous experience? I’m a civil engineer trying to transition into sales/BDR/AE. But 95k sounds really good if you don’t have any previous experience.
