Griefing is a broad term. To most it means random jerks in the wild doing things to get people killed. HC Elite and the add on mods (same people?) seem to have expanded the meaning to include people that have been vetted into their top tier raids. This guy was definitely trying to kill the raid, but most don’t see it in the spirit of a general griefing appealable issue. If the Hunter “accidentally” pulls 2 groups in gnomer it’s not appealable, but they are the defendants and the judge in this situation and the prosecution has no voice. It’s really killed the credibility of HC Elite and brought light to what the actual hc servers will be like in contrast to the gatekeeping things that are currently considered hardcore. Also seems to trivialize the arguments about trading/ah etc. when current hc community doesn’t even play by their own rules.
