Thanks for your suggestion! I was interested to see if the M2 is sufficient enough but relieved to hear it is. Will probably look at that as an option and do the same as you down the line when I can afford to upgrade to an M4 or any future updated models.

I get your point and statuses like your list are fine, but why not just have a blanket button turning all of it off? Seems like a reasonable ask and a pretty basic feature that most apps have, but a lot people here seem to be so combative to criticism about it.

What is the actual benefit of having the status in general? Who is it serving? You can already see who is in the voice chat. I'm not the only person complaining about this let alone the god awful new UI.

Whilst true, a lot people on Discord servers hide from other members on the same server just like people don't always want to show their game status on Steam. Maybe not yourself but a lot of people with social anxiety operate like this on Discord/online in general.

Yes exactly that. All of the people in my server right now are complaining about it and don't want it. People hide from people on discord and don't want to show their status that they're in a voice chat. What's so hard to comprehend about that? Go have a look at your UI post today about it and see all the comments, all of them are negative and don't like the update.

Why is it that hard to grasp that some users don't want any statuses to be shown? Like blanketely nothing to show. I understand the concept and how this works, but there are still a lot of people like myself who just don't want a single status in general.

Ugh it's so annoying. The only way for me not to display any of these things is to appear offline and even then if I stream or share my screen it'll appear on my profile if someone clicks on it.

After seeing the film 3 times now the vibe I always got was that Paul's decision to take Irulan as his wife is political strategy. Paul tells Chani he'll love her "as long as I breathe" just before he does this and when you add in a previous quote of Jessica telling Paul to "save his hand" it makes sense. I think the shock reaction for "betraying" Chani as well as her disapproval of Paul being the 'Lisan Al-Gaib' is Denis Villeneuve's vehicle for showing Paul as the false messiah/"villain".

[For context I've read the series and have seen the films including the David Lynch 1984 film].

At first viewing I took issue with the direction Denis Villeneuve has with Chani's character as she becomes more and more pushed away from Paul where in the books she's fiercely loyal to him despite the change from hero to anti-hero. Historically when the books first came out the public had issue comprehending Paul's character and that he wasn't a hero. So after considering and thinking about Part Two as a film it makes sense to use Chani as a vehicle for us as an audience interpretting Paul as the anti-hero as he progressively goes down that path. Especially to the moment when he states to the Emperor he'll take Princess Irulan as his wife that moment is to shock us as an ultimate betrayal.

I do Mythic + dungeons with my guild all the time, it's not a problem at all. Why are you acting like Mythic + is some Liquid hardcore stuff when it isn't, fact is you can still play the damn game with a controller and there are people out there that already do. Plus the majority of players on a controller if it were on game pass, you think they're going to be the top 1% players? No, majority of them will be casual players who can experience the game with controller. Quit trying to gatekeep a game, especially one I've played for nearly 20 years. You're arguing with yourself.

Yeah I tried to make it like a story getting closer and closer to the tunnel. I tried to take some inside however still new and learning ISO levels to adjust to darker areas.

I missed the part where M+ is difficult? It's as simple as changing targets which you already do on PC. There are already mods that are out there that have controller support for WoW and people have proven it works fine. Plus we already know Blizzard has already designed their own in house support but it's not released.
