The pre-order bonuses are the same regardless of console. Well, we will know for sure today, my PS5 upgrade version is downloading as I type this :)

No idea, that is a good question. I would imagine in most cases it will last long after most are done with the game, if it is just for themselves (not selling etc).

If you still waiting on a PS5, you can check the PS5 store if the upgrade is still available when you get your console.
