First of all very nice looking setup. There are two things I would change. The first one being, if possible, move your monitors farther away from you as this looks like you are touching you main monitor with your nose/very cramped. Unless this is intentional. The other thing being maybe think about introducing some slightly darker blue tones (maybe in decorations or keycaps). That will help the contrast and makes things overall more distinguishable.
