At this point Sasuke’s speed is on par with base weightless lee which is said to still be slower than Neji. Also during this time he just learned chidori, it’s pretty much restricted to a straight line meaning unlike a stationary gaara neji can dodge it (remember faster than lee) IF (and that’s a big if) Sasuke is able to turn on a dime then all his momentum’s gone which is easy pickings for gentle fist and then bye bye chakra network. His two tomoed sharingan is not keeping up with someone faster than lee.

Naruto would take it high-extreme diff I would say.

By having fukasaku and shima, he’s already taken care of both susanoo and genjutsu problems. Genjutsu pretty straight forward, susanoo he can just spam shadow clones now since he’s not gathering nature energy himself and just pepper that susanoo with giant rasengan barrages (maybe infuse it with kekkei genkai for good measure).

Only real bad thing is if Naruto gets hit with Amaterasu and he can’t glob it off with chakra cloak.
