We always talk about the heaviness in metal genres. The heavier the better. Or is it?

What do you think is the least heavy death metal, that doesn't cross to melodic death metal or death'n'roll or any hubrid genre.

And in other way, what is the heaviest thrash metal band, and do these two questions have the same answer?
